Bookings
You can walk into any of our venues for karaoke, however as this is our busiest time of year we would recommend pre booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Simply reply to your confirmation email or email hello@luckyvoice.com quoting your booking reference along with the requested changes and we'll do our best to accommodate it. To check our booking terms and conditions please click here.
Bookings are confirmed when payment is received for the event - have a chat with our Sales team at hello@luckyvoice.com if you have any questions about this. We also recommend checking out our Terms & Conditions prior to booking as well as before you join us on the day.
All standard bookings are for 2 hours. For longer karaoke sessions please email hello@luckyvoice.com.
Yes, we work with some great suppliers that can add a little something extra to make your event that much special this Christmas - from specialist bands, to magicians and contortionists! Please contact hello@luckyvoice.com for more details and costs.
You can make a booking online, by calling our venues directly or simply walking into the venue of your choice. We do recommend making bookings in advance to guarantee you’ll secure a room as we are regularly very busy, especially in the evening.
Food and drink
All Lucky Voice venues have a variety of drinks packages available: LV Drinks Packages. You can add these packages by emailing hello@luckyvoice.com.
N.B: Drinks packages can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer at Lucky Voice including the free round of shots that birthday and hen/stag bookings usually receive; drinks packages are limited to one package/room; and drinks packages aren’t available during our Christmas period. Prices vary depending on venue, day and time.
Yes! All of our rooms have their very own "Thirsty" button for you to order as much food and drink as your heart desires during your sing - all of which can be consumed in your private room.
You can pre order food and drink before your sing in any of our venues. Check out our festive food menu here. Please email hello@luckyvoice.com to place your order.
We are unable to allow outside beverages into the venue, however we have fully stocked bars at all of our venues with a variety of alcoholic, low and non-alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy! Similarly, the only outside food we can allow is a birthday cake or a similar dessert to be enjoyed in the main bar. If you have specific dietary requirements, please let us know and we will work together to reach a solution - get in touch with the Sales & Events team at hello@luckyvoice.com.
At all of our venues, we can provide pizzas and bar snacks. However, Lucky Voice Liverpool St and Holborn both feature a finger food buffet menu filled with delightful food options to keep the crowd satiated! We have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available for you and your guests to enjoy.
We're happy to tailor a drinks and food package suitable for your party. Please enquire with our sales team via hello@luckyvoice.com to discuss bespoke food and drink packages.
For exclusive use of the whole venue, we will ask for a minimum spend to be paid upfront which can be a combination of food and drinks. This can be allocated to a pre-set amount of drinks which we can have ready for your arrival or this can be put towards a bar tab to allow your guests the freedom to choose on the night. If this bar tab is exceeded, you can choose to extend this (settled by card at the end of your event) or guests will be required to pay for their own drinks. Cancellations
For standard karaoke bookings we require 72 hours notice or more to cancel and refund any deposit. In the case of a cancellation made with less than 72 hours notice, Lucky Voice will keep the full deposit. Please note that all rooms are allocated based on group size and therefore have a minimum capacity charge: if you book a room for 10 and only 4 people show up on the night, you will still have to pay for the full amount. For private hire bookings we need over 14 days notice to refund the deposit and for Christmas bookings we need over 60 days notice. We do this to recover the cost we have incurred by blocking out a room from other bookings and enquiries. For a full list of our T&Cs regarding cancellation, click here.
We need over 14 days notice to cancel and refund brunch tickets. In the case of a cancellation made with less than 14 days notice, Lucky Voice will keep the full cost of each brunch ticket. We do this to recover the cost we have incurred by blocking out spaces at one of our brunches from other bookings and enquiries, as they are high demand events that tend to sell out. We need over 14 days notice to cancel and refund a cocktail masterclass booking. In the case of a cancellation made with less than 14 days notice, Lucky Voice will keep the full cocktail masterclass amount. We do this to recover the preparation cost we have incurred in setting the cocktail masterclass up, and also to offset the cost of blocking out spaces at one of our venues from other bookings and enquiries. For kids party bookings we require 72 hours notice or more to cancel and refund any deposit. In the case of a cancellation made with less than 72 hours notice, Lucky Voice will keep the full deposit. Yes! Full instructions on how to create your playlist can be found here. Please note you will need to enter your mobile number on arrival to your private karaoke room in order to retrieve this.

Payments

Depending on the date of the event, we can allow a 50% upfront payment to hold your date provided that the remaining balance is settled no later than 30 days prior to the event. Our full Terms & Conditions can be found here.
All of our bookings require either a 50% deposit or full payment in advance depending on what type of booking you are looking to make.
During Christmas period (21st Nov - 23rd Dec) all private karaoke room hire bookings need to be paid in full in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer 50% deposit options to secure your room as this is our busiest time of year.
When you’re ready to secure your booking; we can send a secure payment link to your email to complete with a crest or debit card of your choice. Alternatively, we can provide an invoice with our BACS details but please let us know as we will need to track your payment.

All of our venues are located nearby public transport links with paid and street parking available on surrounding streets where appropriate. If you have any questions, please give your venue a call and we will do our best to direct you!

Events and venue hire
Private Karaoke - A reservation inside your own private pod for you and your guests to unleash your inner diva and rockstar. Cocktail and food service can also be provided inside the pod as well using our “THIRSTY” button. Reservations can be made online or by contacting the venue of your choice. If we don’t have the first choice available, get in touch with a Sales & Events agent and they will help you find a fabulous alternative!
Exclusive Areas - Planning to spend the evening with us? Let us arrange a reserved area in our bar for you to use as a homebase throughout the evening. Do you want to make sure your guests are fed and watered? Our Sales & Events team will help you put together a food and drinks menu catered to your needs and budget.
Team Building - For the team-building experience or away day that will have the team talking for months, Lucky Voice is the venue with a difference! We can work with you to put together an itinerary that combines work and play, with delicious food, cocktails, quizzes, cocktail masterclass and of course, the ultimate icebreaker - karaoke!
Meetings & Conferences - Stun your colleagues and clients with Lucky Voice’s meeting and conference set up. Lucky Voice Holborn & Liverpool St can be converted into sleek professional spaces and our pods converted into the most bombastic breakout rooms. Coupled with an array of food and drink options, our team will work with you to create a meeting space that will marvel!

Lucky Voice is most known for its premium karaoke pods, with over 11,000 songs in a variety of languages and genres at your fingertips but we can provide bespoke options that would be suitable for you. As part of our standard Meetings & Conference packages, you will have access to basic WiFi throughout your stay with us. However, we can provide video conferencing from an external supplier for an additional cost. Please speak to the Sales & Events teams at hello@luckyvoice.com.
Yes, Lucky Voice Holborn & Liverpool St come equipped with a projector and screen if you need to show a presentation during the course of the day, Additionally, we can also provide a microphone, flip charts and more to make sure your voice is heard! Of course! If you hire the whole venue you are more than welcome to bring your own DJ - just let us know in advance so we can organise any AV requirements you may require. Just pop us an email at hello@luckyvoice.com and we can pick it up from there.
